All our insured members have free access to healthcare and waiting list mediation, and we don’t set care cost gaps, ensuring year-round access to healthcare without patient stops. We also offer various e-health solutions to help you get back on your feet quickly.

Healthcare without care cost gap

At Aevitae, we believe you should always have access to the healthcare you need when you need it. That’s why we don’t set care cost gaps with healthcare providers. While other insurers often maximize the amount of care they cover, we believe your health should never be restricted.

Healthcare and waiting list mediation

If you take out basic health insurance at Aevitae you benefit from healthcare and waiting list mediation. Once you’ve been referred, we’ll find the earliest available provider for you, starting in your region and, if needed, elsewhere in the Netherlands or even in Belgium or Germany. With our healthcare and waiting list mediation, you can be seen an average of 10 weeks sooner.

Second opinion

With the Aevitae basic insurance policy, you can use the Royal Doctors Second Opinion Service. Are you unsure about a diagnosis or treatment plan? Especially for major treatments, you want to be absolutely certain of your choice. This service allows you to quickly and easily request a second opinion without affecting your relationship with your current doctor. This way, you gain extra confidence in the decisions you make for your health.

The Fysio zelfcheck app

If you’re experiencing physical discomfort, the Fysio zelfcheck app (Physio self-check app) that is available with our supplementary insurances, helps you assess your symptoms. In just a few simple steps, you’ll gain insight into ways to relieve your symptoms or know when it’s wise to consult a physiotherapist. This allows you to take the first step easily and stay in control of your recovery process. The Fysio zelfcheck app is available from 1 January, 2025

Online Mental Health Care via Welshop

At Aevitae, we believe everyone deserves quick and quality care. That’s why we offer an alternative to long waiting times in mental healthcare: Welshop. Here, you receive online mental health support from professional caregivers. You get help faster and have personal sessions via video calls—just as effective, but with shorter wait times.

Vitality platform Aevitaal

Through the Aevitaal vitality platform, you get access to tools and programs that support a healthy lifestyle. From nutrition advice to exercise programs, Aevitaal helps you stay active and find a healthy balance in your daily life. This platform is available to all Aevitae members.

Collectief Zeker Pakket

If your employer has arranged for you and your family members to receive the Collective Sure Package for free when taking out a basic insurance, then in 2025 you can benefit from Royal Doctors' exclusive healthcare services, such as the First Opinion Consultation.
